AdClean Foods is a disinfectant and preservative used in the food industry. This product eliminate the bacterial load in gills, skin and fish meat. In particular, it eliminates bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp, and Listeria monocytogenes in less than 30 seconds without mechanical action. It does not alter the organoleptic characteristics of food and does not require rinsing.

Disinfection by fogging of environments
This service focuses on the disinfection and sanitization of production environments and common areas. When applying AdTech detergent and sanitizer, there is no need for any special consideration compared to the current products used in the plant cleaning process. This means they are stored under the same conditions, and their application does not require any additional tools beyond those used today.
Our Detergent and Sanitizer do not irritate the skin or respiratory tract.
Regarding the benefits observed by the handling staff, it’s important to highlight that both the Detergent and the Sanitizer comply with the following:
- They do not cause irritation upon direct contact with the skin. A demonstration was conducted with the hygiene personnel where detergent was applied directly to their hands, and it did not cause irritation.
- They are odorless, and their chemical composition does not lead to intoxication when exposed to these chemicals for extended periods. Hygiene team members provide positive feedback regarding the absence of any detected odor compared to the smell generated by the chemicals currently used, as chlorine and peracetic acid cause respiratory irritation.
AdTech Detergent with descaling property facilitates rust removal, eliminating the need for a second product.
With our Detergent, due to its descaling property, it was possible to detect the ease of removal when acting on surfaces with rust presence. This proves to be a significant advantage, as currently a different detergent is required to remove the rust present in the facility, which is separate from the one used daily.
AdTech Sanitizer requires no rinsing and no action time, saving water resources.
In comparison to the currently used sanitizer, namely peracetic acid, it is important to emphasize that AdTech does not require subsequent rinsing or a specific contact time. Therefore, its usage would lead to a significant reduction in the water resources utilized within the facility.
Microbiological results show the product’s effectiveness in controlling microorganisms.
The microbiological results obtained after surface sampling indicate that AdTech’s effectiveness in controlling microorganisms is appropriate, keeping them within an acceptable range and meeting defined parameters.
AdTech is a less concentrated product and has a longer shelf life.
Regarding the concentrations used, the test chemicals are much more concentrated than those currently used in the facility. Consequently, this would result in a higher consumption of products compared to the quantity currently utilized.
